Printable weekly planner

Seven days side by side on one landscape page. Each day has three lines for its most important tasks and a box for notes, and a habits row at the bottom has a box to tick each day. Type into the sheet or leave it empty, then print: an untouched sheet prints blank.

Free · No email · Letter and A4, landscape

Any day works: the week runs 7 days from it.

How to use the weekly planner

Three tasks a day, not thirty

Each day has room for three tasks on purpose. Pick the ones that matter for that day; a full to-do list belongs on its own sheet.

Start the week on any day

The week starts on this Monday unless you pick another date. Any day works: the sheet runs seven days from it, so a Sunday or a mid-week start is fine.

The habits row

Write up to three habits in the habits row and tick a box on each day you do them. The names are typed on this sheet, so it works without an account. To count the days for you, use the online habit tracker.

What happens to what you type

Nothing you type on the sheet is saved or sent anywhere. Print it once it's filled in; reload for a fresh blank week.
