About HabitsTime

HabitsTime is a set of free habit tools that run in your browser: a habit plan that starts small, a tracker whose total never resets, printable trackers and planners, habit stacking, a bad-habit swap and routine builders. There is no account and no ads; most tools give you something to keep or print.

Pages that state facts list their sources. Before a page is published, its claims are checked against those sources, either by a member of our team or by an AI review that a team member then approves; the page says which. Read how in our editorial policy.

What it is not

It is self-help, not treatment, and it does not diagnose anything. For eating, drinking alcohol, smoking or gambling the tools build no plan; they show a short note instead, which points to a free tool elsewhere or to the help section on the page.

Your data

What you type or choose in the tools (habit names, anchors, dates, ticks) is saved only in your browser and is never sent to us. We count page views and a few named actions without cookies, never what you wrote. If you leave your email to hear about the mobile app, that email is sent to our server; it is the only thing you can enter here that leaves your device.

Who makes it

HabitsTime is run by Oleksii Y., who builds the site and approves pages for publishing. Vladyslav R. fact-checks pages against their sources and signs pages on the team's other sites; the pages here are checked by an AI review and approved by Oleksii Y. Neither is a clinician, and the pages are not medically reviewed.

The same team is building a companion mobile app, which is still in development.
