To-do list template

Write your tasks with the three that matter most on top. Add how many minutes each one takes and the time you have, and the list shows whether it fits: “Planned: 150 of 240 minutes”. Print it filled in, or print a blank list of 23 lines to write on.

Top 3

Planned: 0 minutes

Prints on one page, Letter or A4. Leave the fields empty to print a blank sheet. To keep a copy as a file, pick the PDF option in the print window.

How to use the to-do list

Top 3 first

The first three tasks go under “Top 3”, the rest under “Also today”. Move a task up or down with the arrows until the three that matter most are on top.

Minutes against the time you have

Give a task its minutes (5 to 240) and type the time you have today. The list adds up the minutes. When they come to more than the time you have, it says so and leaves the choice to you: drop a task, shorten one, or move it to tomorrow.

Ticks for today

Tick a task when it's done. Ticks and the order live on this page only: nothing is saved, so print the list before you close it.

What happens to what you type

Your tasks stay in this browser and are never saved or sent. Stuck on one task? The 5-minute start helps you begin it.
