Printable daily planner

Pick your hours and print. The sheet has your top 3 tasks for the day, one line for every hour (or half hour) between the start and end you choose, and room for notes. Type into it first if you like: what you type stays in this browser, and an untouched sheet prints blank.

How to use the daily planner

Start with the top 3

Write the three tasks that would make today count, most important first. Everything else can wait for the hour grid or for tomorrow. A box next to each lets you tick it off.

Fill in what already has a time

Put meetings, appointments and pickups on their hour first. The empty lines left between them are the time you really have for the top 3.

Pick hours that match your day

The grid starts and ends at the hours you pick, at least 4 hours apart, in rows of an hour or 30 minutes. A short range gives roomy lines; a long one in half hours gives more, smaller lines. Either way it fits on one page.

Notes

Five lines at the bottom for anything that has no time yet: calls to return, ideas, things for tomorrow.

What happens to what you type

Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere. Closing the page clears the planner, so print it once it's filled in. To print a fresh blank sheet, reload the page.

  • Time blocking: give each task a length and let the planner place it into the free time around your fixed events.
  • Printable weekly planner: the top 3 tasks for each of 7 days on one landscape page.
  • To-do list template: one short list with minutes per task, checked against the time you have.
  • Daily routine: the steps you repeat every workday, by part of the day.

A day planner holds one day. For something you want to do every day, a habit plan ties it to a moment you already have.
